This is just a short general post to update you guys on what I’ve been up to lately. And I want to start with telling you the very exciting news I woke up to this morning!
I received Second Prize in the Werelse. “As seen on” Contest!
I am super excited right now! I just want to thank everybody that voted for me! I didn’t win first prize which was the most voted look, but I got second, which feels like first to me! Second was chosen by Chiara, Andy and Carolina! Yupp they chose MY look! It’s pretty exciting, I follow their blogs daily and admire their style! Your votes and their selection – I’m a pretty happy girl right now. I received over 166 votes and I want to thank every one of you, your support is what keeps me going! And thank you Werelse for this opportunity and to Andy, Chiara and Carolina for picking my look! 😀 I also want to extend congrats to Tiziana who won first place! She had an insanely amount of votes, her causal look took the cake. If you’re reading this congrats and love your purse and jacket!
Other exciting news.. I’ve joined the Instagram world!
I haven’t given in to the iPhone craze yet, but that’s just because I haven’t been able to get my hands on one. When she came back my lovely sister got me an iPod Touch, so I’ve been getting used to the touch screen preparing. Hopefully I upgrade soon. As soon as I knew about Instagram I loved it and confession: I had it downloaded on my iTunes ages ago even though I had no way of using it. But I do now. And for the first time my url is not ‘tmaraxo‘! Shocking I know. Since it is going to be majority snapshots of my life through my eyes, with the occasional blog photo instagramed I wanted it to be something a little more personal. And voila I am @lovetamara on Instagram! I was thinking of switching my Twitter name to that as well, but it is already taken (story of my life/blog) so I remain @TMaraxo on Twitter. I’m still figuring it all out so once I find it I will post the link to follow me on Instagram, if you already know how, you are welcome to join my journey!

There is a lot going on and I’m loving every minute of it. Now that I’ve typed your eyes out, I’m going to leave you with this.
My life motto: “Dream. Believe. Live.” I always dream big, trust and believe in God and Myself, and now I’m turning my dream into my reality 🙂 It what keeps me going and helps me stay positive when I’m having a bad day. You are welcome to use it, just make sure to link back. It’s very similar to Jules life motto, which is pure coincidence by the way, but it must mean I’m on the right track because she is amazing.
