Here comes the real backlogged posts. Back in June I bought a ticket for a weekend trip to Chicago for the sole purpose of visiting one of my closest friends from University to celebrate a new step in her life, her engagement party! I don’t get to see her often and not knowing when I would get the chance to see her again (before the wedding), I decided I had to go. Therefore in the case of my shirt & the title of this post, Coco is Lauren. 🙂

I am so glad I decided to go on this trip and in my first day I managed to fit all the touristy side of Chicago within my first 12 hours of landing. From experiencing Chicago’s infamous deep dish pizza, to having funnel cakes at the Navy Pier to the one and only Bean, aka a giant mirror in the shape of a kidney bean. It was fun and Chicago is so beautiful! The city lights and buildings remind me of New York or downtown Orlando, but with wayyy cleaner streets.
