I figured today was a good day to do this post, after all, it is the 4th of July and what better way to celebrate than with an America’s Cup reference. Unless you’ve been living under a rock (no pun intended), you may be aware that Bermuda has just wrapped up a crazy 6 weeks hosting one of the biggest and most expensive sports on the water, the 35th America’s Cup.
As amazing and exciting the last month and a half has been in Bermuda, I am happy that it has come to an end. I am not going to make this a long post, as I plan on recapping some of the excitement (even if only as a photo-diary). From boat days, to concerts and fashion shows, along with the planning of our own City events, the Tall Ships Regatta and enjoying all the fun of Bermuda Heroes Weekend, I said goodbye to the madness of June with smile.
Now, I’m saying hello to summer and plan on spending the next two months in a bikini, either on a beach or a boat, with my girls and a Dark n’ Stormy in hand.
