I’m doing a real mix up of posts lately. Flashing back between NYC and all the events going on here in Bermuda, just bare with me :).
This is the outfit I wore on Good Friday last week, and it’s also probably one of the reasons I’m trying to get over this cold. Last weekend was gorgeous and sunny – hence why I couldn’t resist wearing this summery outfit – but also windy and cool and now I’m suffering.
Good Friday/Easter Weekend is one of my favorite holidays because it’s one of the only ones where it is a mix of spending time with friends and family. Fish cakes, hot cross buns, kite flying, go cart racing – it is just a day of fun for everyone. And the weather was perfect for the occasion – I even was able to get some sun and go for my first swim of the year! In a heated pool that was 90 degrees – I’m not crazy – it’s still way to cold to be in the ocean, maybe next month.
