Talk about trying to get back in the saddle. Trying to get back into routine after months of being busy followed by off and on from work and a holiday has been harder than I thought it would be! For the past week I’ve been trying to refocus & motivate myself but if I’m not working, all my body wants to do is sleep. I guess it’s my body’s way of telling me that it still hasn’t fully recovered yet.

But in an effort to find that balance again I’ve started to exercise daily and finally taking steps of putting my house in order after my move 2 months ago. I guess things don’t happen over night right. What methods do you use to help motivate you when you’ve lost focus?
