This is the outfit I wore to the Y-3 Fashion Show, which I had no clue what to expect when I heard it was a division from Adidas but fell in love from the first outfit that stepped on the runway. This turned out to be a very exciting show, off location near the piers and by the river, amazing backdrop and looks, David Beckam three rows in front of me and meeting one of my favourite bloggers Chiara Ferragni of The Blonde Salad (photos above). This whole trip just turned out to be one amazing birthday!
Once again this outfit was not planned, matter of fact it was not even apart of my wardrobe until about an hour before the show when I decided to so some last minute shopping at the Forever 21 near our hotel. I fell in love when I saw this skirt. I’ve been wanting to add a leather skirt to my closet for quite sometime and this pleated one was perfect. Pair it with a patterned blouse and simple accessories and I’m good to go :). Y-3 show photos and video this weekend then the finale NYC post.
